VANCOUVER — CFL.ca was in Vancouver for the 99th Grey Cup Festival to shoot our third-ever CFL Fan Portrait Project. Our goal was to showcase the faces and colours of the people who make our league truly unique.
This year we changed the style of our project from a contained photo booth – used at Grey Cup in Calgary and Edmonton – to candid shots of fans at festival events over the course of four days.
Our photographer, Ryan Enn Hughes, shot thousands of images of fans enjoying the festivities at the 99th Grey Cup Championship in Vancouver and he has narrowed the selection down to his favourite 180-plus images to showcase the face of the CFL.
