OTTAWA — The Ottawa REDBLACKS released three players Monday afternoon including veterans SB Paris Jackson, DB Seth Williams and KR Tim Maypray.

Jackson joined the REDBLACKS in the off-season after a solid 10-year career with the BC Lions where he recorded over 5,700 yards and 31 touchdowns on 420 receptions.  He had 6 catches for 34 yards with Ottawa this season.

“I’d like to thank these veteran players for their professionalism they brought to the REDBLACKS and wish them the best going forward,” said REDBLACKS head coach Rick Campbell in a statement.

Prior to joining Ottawa, both Williams and Maypray were in the Montreal Alouettes organization.
