CFL Awards: Chad Kelly named George Reed M.O.P.

After leading the Toronto Argonauts to a 16-2 regular season record, QB Chad Kelly was given the CFL's highest individual honour on Thursday, being named the George Reed Most Outstanding Player for 2023.
