CALGARY — The Calgary Stampeders will be without one of their star receivers on Thursday when they head to Ottawa to take on the REDBLACKS.
Eric Rogers was not listed on the Stampeders depth chart that was released on Wednesday. According to the Calgary Sun’s Danny Austin, Rogers has an issue with his knee that will keep him on the sidelines this week.
Knee acting up for Rogers, Wilson will be back next week. Orimolade is likely just a ratio thing.
I got hit with the flu yesterday, so just gonna be totally honest I had no idea something was up with Terry. I’ll let you know as soon as they land— Danny Austin (@DannyAustin_9) July 11, 2018
Rogers has made an early impact in the Stampeders receiving corps. In three games the 27-year-old has amassed 201 yards and three touchdowns on 11 catches.
It was also noted that returner/running back Terry Williams and offensive lineman Spencer Wilson will miss this week’s action.
