WINNIPEG (CFL.ca wire) — The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announced on Tuesday that the club has released cornerback William Fields.
Fields made six tackles four games with the Bombers this season. He signed with Winnipeg as a free agent in March, 2005 after four seasons in Calgary.
The six-year veteran has 13 interceptions over his career.
