OTTAWA — REDBLACKS running back Mossis Madu exited the Eastern Final against the Edmonton Eskimos after taking a hit in the first quarter and did not return to the game.
Madu looked to be in pain on the sidelines while Ottawa training staff examined his arm and neck.
The running back had two carries for 14 yards before his exit.
Kienan LaFrance stepped in for Madu in the backfield and rushed for 157 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries.
