Bombers lend helping hand to BC Wildfire Relief
The Bombers & Lions may be battling this Friday on the gridiron, but off-the field the two clubs and the rest of the #CFL are teammates for something bigger than football.
Excerpt from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers:
This Friday, the Blue Bombers head to Vancouver for a Week 5 game against the Lions at BC Place. But outside the stadium’s dome, the province is fighting severe wildfires affecting thousands of BC residents. These are Canadians, neighbours, family. So this week, all proceeds from the online 50/50 ticket sales will be donated to help those affected by the BC wildfires.
