The Calgary Stampeders and all our teams are doing amazing things to help grow football at the grass roots level. The CFL has even announced a new Flag Football initative in partnership with NFL Canada. Once very cool helping hand comes from the Stamps who are now recording each game for the city’s 21 high schools and providing a Hudl account for each school.
From the article:
“It’s about us giving back to grassroots football,” Ross Folan, Director of Video Operations said. “We feel it’s a perfect tool for the high schools to maximize the coaching staffs and the players and their opportunities. They absolutely love it. From beginning to end, we film every single game. We put it on the cloud for them. We try and give as much as we can so they can concentrate on football.”
This is really an awesome story. The full article can be read here.
Keep up the awesome work Stamps!
