OTTAWA — The Ottawa REDBLACKS will be without one of their star receivers, Brad Sinopoli, for the rest of the season, according to a report from TSN 1200’s AJ Jakubec.
Jakubec reported that the pass-catcher’s injury includes a broken bone in his shoulder that will require surgery.

Sinopoli did not play in Week 17’s contest against the Roughriders and the team had a bye in Week 18. The Peterborough, Ont. native was enjoying his third 1000-yard season in Ottawa, catching 91 passes for 1009 yards and three touchdowns.
The REDBLACKS’ regular season finale against the Tiger-Cats is critical as they trail the Toronto Argonauts by just a single point for first in the East.
