VANCOUVER — According to TSN’s Lowell Ullrich, BC Lions linebacker Solomon Elimimian is going on the six-game injured list.
Ullrich tweeted Tuesday that Elimimian suffered a non-fracture wrist injury during the team’s Week 5 win over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
The CFL’s all-time leader in tackles per game, Elimimian was enjoying another strong campaign for the Lions, racking up 26 tackles in four games.
The Lions take on the Ottawa REDBLACKS in Week 6 in a visit to the nation’s capital, where they’ll look to win their second straight game and climb the crowded West Division standings.
