Als announce ticket offer in response to shortened game

MONTREAL — The Montreal Alouettes announced Thursday that fans who purchased tickets to last week’s weather-shortened game against the Saskatchewan Roughriders will have a limited time to take advantage of an offer to attend another 2019 regular season game.

The conditions of eligibility for future tickets can be found HERE.

The Alouettes were down seven points to the Roughriders in the third quarter when the game was called early  in accordance with the league’s weather protocol after lightning in the area delayed the game for over an hour.

On Wednesday, CFL Senior Director of Football Operations, Ryan Janzen, was a guest on the latest edition of The Waggle presented by SportClips to take listeners of the podcast through the league’s weather protocol and what went into making the decision. You can listen to the entire interview below (starting at the 7:00 mark).
